Really delicious food, the pasta machine was broken while we were there, so maybe just call ahead to see if it’s working come. Otherwise, we loved it.

Great food, and more than just pizza! As one of the popular spots in town, I was pleasantly surprised they could seat a table of 9 right away when we arrived for late lunch, especially since there were smaller parties waiting in the lobby. Service was fast and efficient, and every dish was made as requested. Portions are huge, especially the sandwich! I feel like the sandwich should have come with something more substantial than a bag of chips, but I really couldn't have eaten more anyway.

Fast and friendly service. Delicious food and drinks. What I love is they have drinks that made with local flavors like huckleberries. I almost got the huckleberry martini but decided on the blood orange one instead. It was so yummy! My husband got a Bloody Mary that came adorned with celery, prosciutto, and other things sprouting from the top in high fashion. The food was so satisfying. I got the thin crust with the mustard sauce topped with pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapenos. My husband got the Chicago style with mustard sauce and the combo with sauerkraut. We had plenty of left overs even with ordering the medium size.

Such an amazing experience tonight at Gambino’s. The service was top notch and the food was delectable. We started with arancinis and fried mozzarella. Both were delightful. The arancinis are a must try! Amazing flavor and a crunchy outer shell. For entrees we ordered the Wrigley pizza and the balsamic chicken salad. The Wrigley was perfect, tons of toppings and thin crunchy crust. The salad was tangy and fresh and a generous portion size. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks, Gambino’s crew for a great date night.

So delicious! The fried ravioli was crispy. The Italian salad was really good, would recommend dressing on the side if you aren’t a big dressing fan. The margarita pizza was so tasty with fresh ingredients! The sauce was amazing. Would definitely come back to Gambinos if we are ever in the area again.

What a find! Gambino's, a few walkable blocks from U of I, is excellent. The fried pickles are perfect and the mozzarella sticks, which look rather like small tacos, are just as good! We had a good variety of dishes between the 5 of us and everyone loved their meal. On top of that, no one could finish, everyone had to take some home... a tremendous amount of really good food... What more can you ask for? Looking forward to the next visit!

Our server Adi was extremely nice and kept checking on us multiple times. Thank you Adi for recommending the cranberry Belini. It was delicious. Excellent food and friendly staff, we highly recommend going here.

Good food and service. Lasagna was great, but the Chicken Parmesan wasn’t crisp. The Chicken Parmesan & Spaghetti was served in a bowl and was hard to cut. Garlic Twists were amazing. We will be back here soon for the Lasagna.
